The Geo-Days will be organized in Libreville, April 12th and 13th

The second edition of the Geo-Days will be organized in Libreville mid April (April, 12th and 13th). The objective of this event is to enhance the relationships between the various actors involved in the field of geomatic and the final users. Through its various contributions, the Geo-Days intend to highlight the concrete achievements of geomatic in Gabon, in Africa and at the international scale. Eventually, they intend to demonstrate the added value of geographic information in the process of urban planning and management of development. 

The first edition occurred in 2014 at ENSET (l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Enseignement Technique) in Libreville. 

About 200 people (researchers, private companies and public administrations representatives) attended it. 

Strongly involved in Central Africa, and more particularly in Gabon, IGN FI is an official partner of  the Geo-Days. At this occasion, IGN FI will present its expertise in 3 specifics areas: coastal management, agriculture and forests management
